Probate Fees
It is difficult to give a fixed price for probate fees for extracting a grant of probate without knowing what work will be involved.

In the event property needs to be distributed, debts repaid or there is a contest with the Will, these will incur addition fees, but we will also be able to provide a quote for this work once all the information is known.

Where the net value of the estate exceeds €300,000.00
(i) for the first €300,000.00, a fee of €303.00 is payable
and
(ii) for every €31,250.00 or fraction thereof by which the value exceeds €300,000.00 a further fee of €12.00
