Sinead Burns is an expert property law and conveyancing solicitor – qualified and accredited from the Law Society of Ireland.
Sinead has been working alongside Michael Burns since he opened the Practice in 2016.
She is an Associate Solicitor of MB Solicitors which is focused on both residential and commercial conveyancing. She is experienced in purchasing and selling properties, mortgages, loan re financing, and title registration.
She also has expertise in Wills and Probate, and Landlord and Tenancy matters.
Sinead brings and transparency and honesty to her clients in the Firm. She also has skill in explaining matter to clients, avoiding misunderstandings. It is also extremely important for all members in a matter or transaction to be accountable, to a ensure smooth course of action.
Her philosophy on client service is to keep the client updated at all times. It is essential that the client is keep informed of the status and movement of their file to limit any concerns or uncertainties.
